Multi-Chapter Membership |
CAI's multi-chapter membership affiliates your company with as many CAI chapters as you wish. This membership is an ideal, cost-effective option if your company is active in geographic areas served by multiple chapters. In addition to expanding your business and network opportunities with CAI members who make buying decisions, you'll receive additional chapter publications and discounts on chapter programs, events and marketing opportunities. This is in addition to the benefits you receive as a Business Partner or Management Company member. Additional Benefits
Please note that membership benefits, events and services vary by chapter. To learn more about individual chapters, visit Find a Chapter. Membership Requirements and DuesTo be eligible for a Multi-chapter membership, your company must have an active Business Partner and/or Management Company membership. The annual membership fee is $275 plus a mandatory $25 Advocacy Support Fee and optional $20 contribution to the Foundation for Community Association Research. All Multi-chapter memberships must share the same expiration date and be billed to the same address. However, you may designate different primary contact names and addresses. Call our Member Service Center at (888) 224-4321 to prorate your dues amount to ensure the Business Partner and/or Management Company and Multi-chapter membership(s) share the same expiration date. Every dollar of the mandatory $25 Advocacy Support Fee goes directly to states with Legislative Action Committees and supports the efforts of CAI to represent and protect our members on state legislative and regulatory issues. The Foundation for Community Association Research operates on behalf of the industry and conducts surveys and research, provides national programming and produces a variety of publications, including the series of Best Practice reports. Donations to the Foundation are tax deductible. Membership dues are non-refundable. |
