The Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a non-profit educational and resource organization formed in 1973 to distribute guidance on homeowner associations and their shared facilities in condominiums, cluster housing, planned unit developments and open space communities.

Who should belong to CAI?Membership in the Institute is open to associations and their members, builder/developers, managers, public agencies and officials, professionals who serve community associations and other interested individuals and organizations. CAI does not represent any one professional or interest group. Rather, it represents the process of creating and operating a successful, viable community association.
What is CAI-CV?The many members of the Coachella Valley Chapter of CAI tackle association concerns and provide assistance at the grass-roots level. The CV CAI offers you many vehicles for communication.
By joining CAI, you automatically become a member of the Coachella Valley Chapter of CAI as well as the National CAI.
