The Coachella Valley Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-CV) serves the education, business, and networking needs of homeowner associations throughout the Coachella Valley. Our members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations, along with the professionals and companies that support them. CAI-CV is one of 64 CAI chapters in the U.S. and abroad, representing a global network of more than 50,000 members dedicated to strengthening community associations.
