CAI-CV Scholarship Program

The Community Associations Institute – Coachella Valley Chapter (CAI-CV) offers scholarships to its manager members in good standing who need financial assistance to obtain CAI education and designations.  If you are interested in requesting a scholarship, please download and complete the CAI-CV Scholarship Application.  For assistance or more information, please call the CAI-CV office at (760) 341-0559.

The CAI-CV scholarship program is only possible because of the generous contributions from other CAI-CV members including business partners, management companies, individual managers and homeowner leaders.  If you would like to contribute to the CAI-CV Scholarship Fund, please click on the CONTRIBUTE link or call the CAI-CV office.

About the CAI-CV Scholarship Program

Scholarships are given to manager members who are looking to expand their career potential by achieving a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation within two years.

Scholarships are also given to CAI-CV manager members who would like to convert their Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation to CAI’s internationally recognized Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation within one year.  The CMCA designation is offered through the independent accreditation body Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB).

What is Covered?

Applicants may request up to 100 percent coverage for course work, study guides and tests.  For courses not offered in the Coachella Valley or online, the scholarship fund will cover travel expenses of up to $150 per course. 

What is Required to Apply?

1)      Completed Application

2)      Cover letter

3)      Resume of management experience

4)      Three letters of recommendation from CAI-CV members
